Our small community club does not have a formal booking system. We use the public court system where you place your racquet on the board located on the southwest corner and the players that have been playing the longest give up the court at the :00 or :30 after at least 30 mins of play.  

• Ex 1. All courts are full.  Court 1 had players on first at 5:15pm. They are guaranteed 30 mins of play and must then release the court to the waitlisted. They will leave at 6:00 to allow other members to play. 

• Ex2. All courts full. Court 2 had players on first at 6:55. They will have 30 mins play minimum and will release the court at 7:30. 

• Ex 3.  All courts full. Court 2 had players on first at 4:08pm. They are guaranteed 30 mins of play and will release the court at 5:00pm. iption text goes here

• We are a small community run club with no club house or funds to hire staff to manage the system. 

• We encourage all our members to be inclusive when courts are full. 

We use the public system where you place your racquet on the hook to the right of the main gate and the players that have been playing the longest shall give up the court at the :00 or :30 after at least 30 mins of play.  

• Ex 1. All courts are full.  Court 1 had players on first at 5:15pm. They are guaranteed 30 mins of play and must then release the court to the waitlisted. They will leave at 6:00 to allow other members to play. 

• Ex2. All courts full. Court 2 had players on first at 6:55. They will have 30 mins play minimum and will release the court at 7:30. 

• Ex 3.  All courts full. Court 2 had players on first at 4:08pm. They are guaranteed 30 mins of play and will release the court at 5:00pm. 

Maximum one court will be used on a given day and time for lessons. Private lessons can only occur outside peak hours which are 5-9pm on week days.
