Lesson Sign-Up

Lessons are displayed in order by day of week.

The lessons are available to MEMBERS ONLY. Please become a member before enrolling for lessons.  You will need to provide your membership number to enroll for lessons. Select your lesson below and then add it to your cart.  Once you have added the lessons, checkout using the 'Cart' button in the upper right corner.

To ensure quality instruction, most classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students. For our Academy program the limit is 4. These lessons will only run if we have a minimum enrollment of 2 students. Should we not have enough students for a class by Aug 31, 2025, the class will be cancelled and lesson fees will be refunded or the student will be offered an alternative class.

Weather Policy

Lessons may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Instructors will endeavour to send email notifications of a cancellation to students at least 1 hour before the start of a lesson. Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled for the end of the lesson schedule if possible. Where a class is cancelled shortly after it has begun, it may be rescheduled at the end of the schedule if feasible.

Group Lesson Refund Policy 

Newtonbrook Tennis Club has always supported our local tennis community. As a small not-for-profit organization run by unpaid volunteers, we provide our tennis community with access to group lessons at a heavily discounted rate compared to other tennis clubs. We are not able to provide refunds on missed group lessons. When registering for a group lesson, please ensure that you can attend all sessions.  

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to illness, minor injury, or any other schedule conflicts.  Missed or unused classes will not roll over to the next session. Coaches and the Board of Directors reserve the right to allow access to a replacement lesson where feasible.
